Ella was fantastic. She gave me a cut and blowdry and asked great questions at the beginning to make sure she understood what I wanted. During the shampoo, she checked how hot I liked the water (other hairdressers always have it too cold for me 🥶). I was so happy with my haircut and style. And to top it all off, she's a sweetheart. Highly recommend!

Whoah, this place is chic. I thought I was walking into a celebrity's hair salon. JPS is decked out with state of the art basins, chairs, mirrors, and products. It is incredible. I bought my little girl here for a haircut, and Ella did an amazing job. She was bubbly, happy, and very informative. She gave me great advice on caring for my little ones red hair. My little girl felt like a celebrity. She had her hair cut and styled in space buns. I paid $20. Thanks very much, Ella, for superb service, and thanks, JPS, for cheap kids' hair cuts.

JPS you have done it again! Ella is the most passionate hairdresser and her attention to detail is second to none! I always come away feeling like a 10. I always recommend JPS to everyone because I know that all of the hairdressers work their butts off and listen to their clients. I’ve been a regular at JPS Kallangur and all the stylists are very good, but Ella is by far the best! From the moment you sit in her chair, she makes you feel so comfortable with her warm and friendly personality. Ella takes the time to explain all your options—whether it’s about color, cut, or style—and really listens to what you want. I’ve had hair color, cuts, and blow-drys with her, and every time she nails it. She gave me the fastest blow dry ever when I was running late for another appointment, but it still looked amazing! She’s truly a pro at what she does, and I feel so confident in her hands. Every visit with Ella is a great experience, and my hair has never looked better. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch stylist!
